Frank Curzon (who signs certificates) was an actor, and later a prominent manager, at one time with no less than 9 theatres under his control. Later in life he became involved in horse racing, winning the Derby in 1927, the year of his death at only 59. Gertrude Silver (a signatory), better known by her maiden name of Kingston was an actress/manager in London working until 1932 at the age of 70. She died 5 years later.
