Registered 1900. Dissolved <1916. Company number 65505. The second reorganisation of the Great Horseless Carriage Company, producing MMC motor cars at ther Coventry Mills factory. This was one of Harry Lawson’s companies that took advantage of the Daimler and numerous other patents that he owned. It was reorganised again in 1904 with the same name and one more time as Motor Manufacturing Company (1907) Ltd.
