Registered 1903. Max Margowski (who also signs as a director) was an American who came to the UK to organise this company using the Apostoloff patents. From the outset there was a battle between Margowski and company shareholders with accusations of fraud and misconduct. This led to the reorganisation of the company in 1903 to this and its liquidation a year later and then to bankruptcy court for Max Margowski. Company number 76025
