Formed to acquire gold mining leases at Lake Darlot, East Murchison, Western Australia. From the West Australian Minerals and Finance Co., Ltd., Westralia and Randt Ltd., Empire Trust Ltd. and the Westralian Mutual Corporation Ltd. Operation seem to have been unsuccessful, it was proposed to reconstruct the company but this did not happen. The assets where acquired by the West Australian Minerals and Finance Co., Ltd.
