Delabole and Wadebridge Railway Company
Incorporated on 27th July 1893
Originally constructed as part of the North Cornwall Railway (incorporated August 1882). This section was one of three, and became independent in 1893, opening in 1895. Later in 1913 under management of the London and South Western company, the lines were rented at £25,000 per annum.
Capital £200,000 divided into £42,000 ordinary stock; £50,000 debenture stock and £108,000 3% guaranteed stock.
