Description

The historical roots of this partnership go back to 1851, the year the tobacco factory was founded. A few years later, the tobacco factory merged with the enterprises of Stukken and Spies and the factory was renamed into the above name. In 1879, the partnership was awarded a prize at the World Exhibition in Paris, after which it became the supplier of the Imperial Court. In 1914, the partnership became not only the largest manufacturer of tobacco products in Russia, but also in the world.
