Formed in 1895 with head office in St. Petersburg. Initial capital was 5,000,000 roubles in shares of 200 roubles, increased to 6,400,000 roubles. In 1910, capital was reduced to 3,200,000 roubles and 60,000 new shares were issued of 200 roubles each. Capital in 1914 was 22,100,000 roubles in shares of 200 roubles. Capital was later increased to 31,100,000 roubles in shares of 200 roubles.
