Londonderry Gold Mine Limited
Registered 2nd May 1899 to acquire the business of the same name with a capital reduced to 10% of the original. The Londonderry mine was about 10 miles from Coolgardie and the gold seam, although very rich on the surface was found to be very shallow and not worth the capitalisation of the original company. Voluntary liquidation 29th September 1905 and reconstructed as Field’s Reward Gold Mines Limited. Company number 61873.
Capital £70,000 in 140,000 shares of 10 shillings.
