Hythe Imperial Hotel Company Limited
Incorporated under Companies Acts 1862-1900 by 1903. Formed to acquire the Seabrook Hotel which had been built by the South Eastern Railway in 1881 on the Marine Parade. The company completely reconstructed the hotel over a period of 9 months and it was reopened in 1902. A top hotel still in existence!
Capital £15,000 in 15,000 Ordinary and 15,000 5% Cumulative Preference shares of 10/-.
