Incorporated on 17th August 1901.
A 12 mile line built in the narrow 1ft 11½ in gauge. It partially opened in 1904 and bought the Portmadoc, Croesor and Beddgelert Railway, becoming the Welsh Highland Railway from 1926. The lines closed in 1936.
