Registered 1894 to acquire the drapery store in London and moved to new premises in Oxford Street. Merged with Harrods in 1928 but continued to trade in its own name and run as a whiolly owned subsidiary of Harrods. Purchased by House of Fraser in 1954 and rebranded in 2001 under the House of Fraser name and D.H.Evans disappeared. Company number 40858
