Consolidated Nighthawk and Nightingale Gold Mining Company

Incorporated in Colorado by 1892. Night-Hawk and Nightingale mines covering some 18 acres on Bull Hill, Cripple Creek, El Paso County, Colorado. The whole of the stock was acquired by Winfield S. Stratton for 20 cents per share by 1900.
Capital $1,000,000 in shares of $1. Increased to $1,250,000 by 1899.
