
Willys Overland Crossley Ltd.
A joint venture between Crossley Motors and the Willys-Overland Corporation of Toledo, Ohio. The intention was to expand the Crossley model range by importing and manufacturing the US car using British-made bodies. The company had some success in the early 1920’s having manufactured over 40,000 vehicles, but by 1933 the company had gone into liquidation.
Capital £2,000,000 in 5,000,000 6% Cumulative Participating Prefered Ordinary shares of 6/- and 20,000,000 Ordinary shares of 6d.
