Entz Motor Patents Corporation
Formed in 1914 as the Entz Motor Car Corporation, name changed in 1915. Entz had invented an electric transmission system which was to be built by the company and the Entz 6 was exhibited in New York in 1914. Owen bought the rights for its use from Entz and produced the Owen Magnetic at the 1915 New York Show, This company was then only interested in licensing other manufacturers for the use of his inventions.
