Registered April 1912 in Victoria. In liquidation 22nd of December 1920. Capital £225,000 in 5/- shares.
Second reconstruction of the Great Fitzroy Gold and Copper Mines Ltd. First reconstruction being in 1908 as the Great Fitzroy Mines Ltd. Owned 278 acre Copper, Gold and Silver mine at Mount Chalmers , Queensland. The company also acquired the Laloki copper mine in New Guinea as well in December 1913. Work at the Queensland property was suspended in March 1914 due to the low price of copper. The mine plant was sold in March 1916 and the property abandoned. The Loloki property was worked until October 1914 when property was taken over by the debenture holders who sold an option over the property which lead to this being taken over by the New Guinea Copper Mines Ltd.
