Incorporated in New Jersey by 1883. Built in Atlantic City in the 1860’s at a cost of $250,000, whose guests included President Grant in 1874. Apparently the largest Hotel in the country boasting some 600 rooms for over 2000 guests and covering 14 acres. Part demolished in 1890 and fully demolished by 1900.
