C.V.Stahl started manufacture in 1913 in Philadelphia as the Victor Motor Car Company. After a brief stop in South Carolina Stahl had changed the name of the company to this about 1916 and moved to Grubbs Landing, Delaware but little of the company stock was sold and he moved back to York, Pennsylvania and , although listed as manufacturing in 1918 nothing further was heard from him.
