Description
A large beet-sugar factory originally founded 1858 in Rzhyshchiv (Kiev oblast) owned by Berdichev banker Halperin. It became a limited company in 1898 with a capital of 400.000 roubles. By 1908, the firm employed 423 people and produced 2300 tons of sugar and 700 tons of beet syrup.
