Incorporated in Belgium in 1889 to acquire from Messrs. Pelaez and Co. a railway concession in the Argentine Republic for a railway line from the port of Reconquista to Formosa, the said line to be established on the right bank of the Rio Parana and the Rio Paraguay together with a possible extension to Asuncion, the capital of Paraguay.
Capital 10,000,000 francs in 20,000 ‘actions privilégiées’ and 40,000 ordinary shares of no par value.
