Netherlands Land Enclosure Company
Incorporated in 1852 in Holland to acquire and reclaim the land either side of the River Scheldt between the towns of Bergen op Zoom and Antwerp. Much of the capital and several directors came from the United Kingdom, and Sir John Rennie was Chief Engineer. The company were still having Annual Meetings in 1904 but no mention thereafter.
