Rybinsk-Bologoye Railway

Concession granted in July 1868. Capital was 12,500,000 roubles (silver) in shares of 100 roubles. This was later converted to 13,509,300 roubles (paper) in shares of 100 roubles. The name was changed to Rybinsk Railway Company in 1895 and then again to Moscow-Windau-Rybinsk Railway Company in 1897.
