Description
The bank was established at the initiative of the entrepreneur Yakov Solomonovich Polyakov in order to provide operational mediation between the Azov-Don Bank and financial institutions of St. Petersburg. It was located on Nevsky Prospekt: until 1895 – in house number 64 [3], in 1895-1901 – in its own house number 62 [4], in 1901-1903 – in house number 15.
