Registered 1895. Formed to acquire the Hope Jones Electric Organ Co. Ltd. and it’s patents to build its own organs as the previous licenced builders proved unsatisfactory. Hope-Jones was considered the inventor of the theatre organ. The company had failed by 1899 as Hope-Jones fled to the USA following being found with a boy in his Hereford factory! Thomas Threlfall, who signs the certificates, was the Chairman of the Royal Academy of Music. Dissolved <1916. Company number 44344
