Central Wales and Carmarthenshire Junction Railway Company

First incorporated in 1871 as the Swansea and Carmarthen Railway. Part of the network was re-named in 1873 following ownership disputes, and became vested in the London and North Western Railway in 1891, along with the Central Wales company.
Capital £537,000 in shares. Loans of £178,886 (paid off when the L&NW bought a section for £310,000).
