Registered 1896. Paul Kilduchevsky was of Russian origin and a successful electrical engineer who owned several patents. He worked with Werner Freres on an accumulator, a large megaphone which was marketed by this company and he also built his own monoplane in 1910, exhibited at the Mineola Aero Club. He also developed a specialist telephone for aircraft. He was a director and sometimes signs certificates. Dissolved <1916. Company number 50554
