Incorporated in 1906 with Emile d’Erlanger as Chairman to acquire 2,700,000 acres of land in the Province of Santa Fe and the territory of El Chaco. It was the largest producer of quebracho logs and extract. It also owned and operated over 250 miles of narrow gauge railways in the region.
