Registered in New South Wales in 1905, the company acquired land at Warrawee and constructed a pavilion, cricket pitch, bowling lawn and tennis courts. Opened in 1907. Cricket ceased after WWI and tennis after WWII but bowling has continued and still played on the grounds as the Warrawee Club.
