Bayley’s Mines Ltd
Registered 6th August 1903 as a second reconstruction of the Bayley’s United Gold Mines Ltd. Registered in 1896 and first reconstructed in 1901 as the Bayley’s Gold Mines Ltd. Owned 100 acres of ground Near Coolgardie, Western Australia. The workings proved unsuccessful and the business went into liquidation 1st May 1907. The ground was acquired by the New Bayley’s Mines Ltd. Company number 78250
