Formed to acquired 96 acres from the Anglo-Continental Gold Syndicate Ltd. The ground was formally held by the Great Fingall Reefs Ltd. The original ground at Edjudina, Western Australia was deemed to be uneconomical to work. Options where taken over ground at Niagara, North Coolgardie, Western Australia. This property proved to be disappointing as well and an option over a third property at Mount Ida, Western Australia was acquired. a forth property was acquired in November 1899 at Mount Darlot, Western Australian from the Western Australian Exploration Co., Ltd. The company was reconstructed under the same name.
