Great Tower Hill Gold Mines Ltd
Registered 30th of May 1904. In liquidation June 1908. Capital £250,000 in 1,000,000 5/- shares. Increased to £305,000 in November 1906 with the creation of 1,100,000 6% preference shares of 1/- each.
Formed as a reconstruction of the New Standard Exploration Co., Ltd. At the time of reconstruction the company held properties on the Broad Arrow goldfield and the East Coolgardie goldfield. A new property was acquired known as the Great Tower Hill mine at Mount Leonore, Mount Malcolm, Wester Australia. Reconstructed in 1908 under the title of Great Tower Hill Gold Mines (1908) Ltd.
