Brooks Steam Motors Limited
Established in 1923, closely resembled Stanley steamers, named after American financier, orland Brooks who had relocated to Toronto from New York. Also manufactured steam buses but was in trouble by 1929 and its factory and contents sold in 1931.
Capital 250,000 preference shares of $10 and 500,000 shares of no par value.
1923
