Formed in Paris by 1929 by Lucien Rosengart who purchased the old Bellanger factory at Neuilly. Initially the company built licensed copies of the Austin 7 then copies of the German Adler. In financial difficulty by 1936 and business transferred to Societé Industrielle de l’Ouest Parisien (SIOP).
Capital 20,000,000 francs in 88,750 A shares and 111,250 B shares of 100 francs.
