Formed in Paris 23rd July 1918. Established in 1905 by brothers Gabriel and Charles Voisin. Charles died in an automobile accident in 1912. This company formed after WWI when Voiin left the aircraft industry to produce luxury automobiles under the Marque Avions Voisin.
