Capital 10,00,000 rupees in 8,000 shares of 125 rupees. Amended circa 1926 to 6,400 ordinary shares and 1,600 preference shares. Restructured in the 1930’s to 16,25,000 rupees in 19,200 ‘A’ shares of 31 rupees 4 annas and 8,200 ‘B’ shares of 125 rupees. Later increased to 25,00,000 in 13,000 ordinary shares of 125 rupees and 8,750 5% Cumulative Preference shares of 100 rupees. In the 1940’s and additional 80,000 4% ‘A’ Cumulative Preference shares of 12 rupees 8 annas were issued.
