Capital 80,00,000 rupees in 4,00,000 ordinary shares of 10 rupees, and 40,000 7% Cumulative Preference shares of 100 rupees. Reduced to 70,00,000 by reduced the value of the ordinary shares to 7 rupees and 8 annas, probably at the time of renaming the company.
