Kastoorchund Mills Company Limited

Incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1882. Capital 12,00,000 in 2,400 shares of 500 rupees. Increased in March 1917 to 24,00,000 rupees in shares of 500 rupees and again in April 1921 to 48,00,000 rupees in shares of 500 rupees. In 1926 the capital was reduced to 4,80,000 rupees in shares of 50 rupees. Increased again in July 1926 to 70,00,000 rupees in shares of 50 rupees.
