Capital 4,50,00,000 rupees in 600,000 shares of 75 rupees. Restructured to 1,50,00,000 rupees in 10,00,000 shares of 15 rupees by 1937 and again to 2,25,00,000 rupees by 1940 and again to 4,50,00,000 rupees in 30,00,000 shares of 15 rupees. Increased to 6,75,00,000 rupees in 1948 and again to 7,20,00,000 rupees in the early 1950’s. In 1958 the capital was again increased to 11,60,00,000 rupees.
