Fishguard and Rosslare Railways and Harbours Company
Incorporated in 1894. Originally the Fishguard Bay Railway and Pier Co., incorporated in 1893. This company absorbed the Waterford and Wexford Railway in 1894, and became the Fishguard and Rosslare Railways and Harbours Company. Passed to the Great Western and the Great Southern and Western of Ireland jointly.
Capital £120,000 in £10 shares, loans of £40,000. Additional of £60,000 and £20,000 respectively in 1894, and further for the use of steam vessels in 1895, £50,000 and £12,500 authorised.
