Issued £449,160. The city is now known as Vilnius in Lithuania.
Of the £446,820 outstanding in 1931, £411,280 was converted to 5% Conversion bonds. This left £35,540 of the 1912 bonds outstanding. The bonds went into default again in 1939. There was a further settlement following the Foreign Compensation (USSR) Order 1969, whereby holders of both 1912 and 1931 bonds were offered redemption.
