Messageries Françaises de Madagascar
Formed in Paris in 1898 to build the Canal des Pangalanes between Tamatave and Andevoranto and to operate forestry concessions. In 1928 the name was changed to Société Foncière du Sud de Madagascar and original shares were withdrawn and exchanged for shares in the new name.
Capital 2,500,000 francs.
