Towarzystwo Drogi Zelaznej Fabryczno-Lodzkiej
Concession granted in July 1865 (length 65km). Capital was 1,250,000 roubles silver in shares of 100 roubles. Capital was later increased to 1,274,000 roubles. Shares, when drawn for redemption, were replaced by jouissance shares. After WWI, Lodz became part of Poland and the Polish Government nationalised the line in September 1930. Both bonds and shares were repaid during the 1930s.
