Formed in 1891 with head office in Droujkovka (near Ekaterinoslav, Ukraine), later moving to Warsaw. Initial capital was 1,500,000 roubles in shares of 125 gold roubles. Capital was increased in 1894 to 2,500, 000 roubles and then in 1895 to 3,000,000 roubles. By 1911, capital had increased to 7,687,500 roubles and shares had been converted to 187.50 roubles.
