Exploring Land and Minerals Company Ltd
Registered 31st May 1894 to acquire from the Exploring Company Limited its land and mining rights in Rhodesia of about 950 square miles. Acquired the Mazoe Development Company Limited in 1897. Company number 41258. In liquidation 1906 and reconstructed as a Rhodesian company of the same name. This was in liquidation in 1909 and also reconstructed as a British company of the same name.
Capital £250,000 in £1 shares, later increased to 500,000 in shares of £1.
