Registered 31st May 1905 to acquire from the Northern Copper (B.S.A.) Company Limited 3 blocks of mining claims to form one block 15 miles south of Kafue River, known as Silver King, North Star, Maurice Gifford, Crystal Jacket, True Blue, Blue Jacket, Kakuya and Sable Antelope in northern Rhodesia. Also acquired 160 mining claims from Rhodesia Copper Co. Ltd. know as the Hippo Mine and 2 farms of 3000 acres in the same area.
