Baku Consolidated Oilfields Limited

Registered 1st April 1919. Holds all the shares in the Romany Zabrat Oilfields Ltd. at Baku. All of the company’s property and stocks of oil were confiscated by the Soviet Government but a claim was lodged with the Russian claims department of the British Government.
Capital £2,500,000 in 1,250,000 ‘A’ Preferred Ordinary shares of £1 and 1,250,000 ‘B’ Ordinary shares of £1.
