Concession granted in 1858. Capital was 10,200,000 roubles silver in shares of 125 roubles. There were no jouissance shares but drawn shares participated in excess dividends until the coupon sheet was exhausted. The name was changed to Riga-Dvinsk Railway in 1893. The undrawn shares were converted into 4% Bonds in 1894 when the company was nationalised. The length of the railway was 218km.
