Formed in December 1910 with head office in St. Petersburg. Initial capital was 450,000 roubles in shares of 200 roubles. Capital was increased in 1913 to 900,000 roubles by the issue of a further 4500 shares of 100 roubles. At that time (?), the company name was changed to Société Anonyme pour la Fabrication du Carbure de Calcium, de l’Acétylène dissous et la soudure autogène des métaux “Peroune”.

The company was a manufacurer of calcium carbide and acetylene gases.
