Formed in 1904 with head office in St. Petersburg. Initial capital was 300,000 roubles in shares of 250 roubles. This was increased in 1905 and again in 1911. In 1912, all the 250 rouble shares were converted to shares of 100 roubles (9,000 shares) and the capital increased to 3,000,000 roubles (21,000 new shares). By 1914, the capital had reached 5,000,000 roubles.

Description
The company manufactured glass bottles, both standard bottles for state-licensed vodka and individual glass bottles, e.g. for various beer factories, pharmacy and laboratory glass, glass household dishes, technical glass products such as bulbs for kerosene and electric lamps and fine crystal glassware in various colors. In 1904 the company was converted into a joint stock companyt. The administrative headquarters were in St. Petersburg. The company operated various cork, glass and crystal factories in the governorate of Vitebsk, in Kharkov, in the governorate of Novgorod and in what is now the Ukrainian city of Lisichansk.
