Formed in 1895 with head office in Ekatherinoslav and later in St. Petersburg. Initial capital was 300,000 roubles in shares of 250 roubles. Capital was increased to 1,000,000 roubles in 1896/7 and later increased to 1,120,000 roubles in shares of 250 roubles. At some point, capital was increased to 1,500,000 roubles and then again to 4,000,000 but in shares of 100 roubles.
