Formed in 1896 with head office in Voronezh. Initial capital was 1,000,000 roubles in shares of 250 roubles; two  supplementary issues were made in 1910 in shares of 100 roubles. In 1911, the first issue shares were converted to 100 roubles and capital was increased to 3,000,000 roubles. In 1917, capital had reached 5,000,000 roubles.
